Submitting an Article to Sociological Research Online

Sociological Research Online accepts academic sociology articles, no matter whether they are straightforward text documents or not. Articles should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words in length, typed and saved to disk, or emailed as file attachments. The preferred formats are Word, WordPerfect and RTF, but formats from most mainstream applications should be acceptable. Articles should be accompanied by an abstract, set of up to 10 keywords, brief biography and full set of cited references.

Hypertext links may link to additional 'pages' which should be included as individual files on disk; to other URL's on the World Wide Web; or to other locations in the same document. The location and destination of links should be specified in brackets within the text of the article.
