Nadine Arnold

Nadine Arnold is a Ph.D candidate in sociology at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland and visiting scholar at the École normale supérieure de Cachan, France. Her research focuses upon the dynamics of standardization, especially at the field-level of analysis. Her doctoral dissertation concentrates on the historical development of fair trade and explores its bureaucratization.

Raimund Hasse

Raimund Hasse is professor for “sociology: organization and knowledge” at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland. He is interested in organization research, institutional theory and economic sociology. Recent and ongoing research projects address issues of the formation of new organizations, institutional discrimination, and effects of social standards.
