Ester McGeeney is PhD Student in the Faculty of Health and Social Care at The Open University and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research and Innovation in Childhood and Youth at the University of Sussex. Ester’s doctoral work looks at young people’s understandings of ‘good sex’ and explores the implications of this for sexual health and education services. Ester is also a youth practitioner and has worked with young people in a range of institutional settings.
