Biography: Bella Dicks and Bruce Mason

Bella Dicks and Bruce Mason, Cardiff University

Bella Dicks Ph.D (Cardiff) is a research associate at Cardiff University. Her research interests are centred on the field of mediation, culture and representation. She is particularly interested in theory and methodology that enable an integrated approach to cultural analysis. Her doctoral research explored the theoretical integration of different social, cultural and economic practices involved in the production and consumption of heritage displays.

Bruce Mason MA (Edin) MA (MUN) is a research associate at Cardiff University. He is currently completing his Ph.D which is a methodological investigation into the possibility of virtual ethnography. His main areas of specialisation concern the study of online cultures and computer-mediated communication.
