Benet Reid

The author completed his sociology PhD, ‘The discourse of evidence-based healthcare (1992-2012). Power in dialogue, embodiment and emotion’ in 2014 at Newcastle University. He is an experienced teacher of social theory and of health & illness sociology. He now works as a Research Fellow at St Andrews where he is involved with a project on International Health Volunteering.
