Kirsty Liddiard

Biography (91 words) Kirsty Liddiard is currently an Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow within the School of Disability Studies, Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada. Dr Liddiard was recently awarded her PhD in Sociology with no corrections from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Her doctoral research involved facilitating disabled people to tell their own sexual stories in order to explore their experiences of sexual and intimate life. Dr Liddiard’s doctoral thesis written from her research, entitled (S)exploring Disability: Intimacies, Sexualities, and Disabilities, is currently being rewritten for publication as a monograph for Ashgate Plc.
