Ruth Lewis

Ruth Lewis joined the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine as a research fellow in 2009 after completing a PhD in Sociology at the University of Edinburgh. Her research focuses on sexual health, education and behaviour, mainly using qualitative methods. In addition to the sixteen18 study, she is currently working on the third Natsal survey (National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles).

Cicely Marston

Cicely Marston is Senior Lecturer in Social Science at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and is PI on the ESRC-funded sixteen18 study. Her research interests include interdisciplinary work on sexual behaviour, particularly of young people, maternal and child health, and complex public health interventions.

Kaye Wellings

Kaye Wellings is Professor of Sexual and Reproductive Health Research at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She was one of the founders, in 1987, of the National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles (Natsal) in Britain and a Principal Investigator on the first (1990), second (2000), and third (2010) surveys.
