Maria Zadoroznyj is a sociologist with a joint appointment in the Institute of Social Science Research and the School of Social Science, University of Queensland. Cecilia Benoit
Cecilia Benoit, PhD. is a professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Victoria and Scientist at the Centre for Addictions Research of British Columbia. She is leading in a variety of community-based research projects that employ mixed methodologies to study the link between social determinants, risk behaviours, health status and access to health care services.

Sarah Berry is a PhD Candidate and Course Instructor at McGill University, in Montréal, Québec. She is currently conducting research for a Mental Health Commission of Canada-funded study at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute in Verdun, Québec.
