Jeanne Allen

Jeanne is a lecturer in the School of Learning and Innovation at CQUniversity Australia. Since entering academe in 2005, her publications have included a co-edited book, three book chapters and ten refereed journal and conference papers. Areas of interest in research include teacher education, teacher professional knowledge and work integrated learning. Jeanne's PhD investigated the theory-practice gap in pre-service teacher education. Current research includes assessment practices in work integrated learning and emergence in teacher education.

Mark Sinclair

Mark is the Co-ordinator of Professional Experience at The University of Technology Sydney. Mark has been involved with Teacher Education for 15 years. He has published in this area as well as in Higher education more generally. His current research interest is developing better roundness of fit in pre-service teacher training.

Richard Smith

After 30 years in Teacher Education, Richard Smith's present interests lie in expanding the concept of learning management and being actively involved in futures-oriented, transdisciplinary professional preparation. He has had a long association with international education and a special interest in cultural exchange and collaboration with Asian people and institutions. These underpin his work as an education counsellor.
