Emre Tarim

I am a 3rd year PhD student in Sociology at the University of Edinburgh. My PhD research concentrates on storytelling in financial markets. I look at a leading Emerging Market, the Istanbul Stock Exchange, and Turkey. I have conducted a year-long ethnography in the ISE's four leading intermediary organizations and the business TV network, CNBC-e between 2008 and 2009.
