Gillian Vogl
Gillian Vogl is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Research on Social Inclusion at Macquarie University. Gillian's research is largely qualitative. She is interested in the relationship between globalisation and neo liberal policies and the impact this relationship has on the way in which people experience their day to day lives, particularly their social relationships, including relationships in the workplace and intercultural relationships. She has expertise in the Sociology of Work and her PhD explored workplace changes and the impact these changes had on individualised and collective social relationships both inside and outside the workplace.
