Susan Venn

Susan Venn

Susan Venn joined the Centre for Research on Ageing and Gender (CRAG) in the Department of Sociology, University of Surrey, in September 2000 as a research administrator working on two substantive projects. She then went on to become a researcher on the ESRC funded project 'Negotiating Sleep: Gender, age and social relationships among couples' and completed her MSc in Social Research in 2004. She is currently Research Officer on a four year, multi-disciplinary, ESRC funded project 'Optimising Quality of Sleep Among Older People in the Community and Care Homes: An integrated approach (SomnIA)', with Sara Arber and Robert Meadows. Susan is undertaking her PhD and is a graduate tutor in Social Theory.
