Sonja M. Dudek

Sonja M. Dudek is a member of the International Graduate School of Sociology (IGSS) at Bielefeld University. She currently works on her thesis, in which she analyses informal processes and discourses within the uniformed police of Berlin, which comment on organizational change concerning gender and ethnicity and reflect on official police efforts for more diversity within the organisation
