Yvette Taylor

Yvette Taylor completed her ESRC funded PhD entitled 'Working-class lesbians: classed in a classless climate' (2001-2004) at the University of York. Her publications include: Taylor, Y. (2004) 'Negotiation and Navigation: an exploration of the spaces/places of working-class lesbians' Sociological Research Online, Vol.9 (1) and Taylor, Y. (2004) 'Hidden in the small ads: Researching working-class lesbians', Graduate Journal of Social Science, Vol.1(2). She has worked on an ESRC project 'Comparing love and domestic violence in heterosexual and same-sex relationships' at the University of Sunderland and is now a Lecturer at the University of Newcastle.
